At Marnick Builders we have the experience and workforce to set out and manage large industrial and commercial projects, we can also cater for small highly specific commercial requirements.

Commercial work requires a highly organised and professional approach often involving tight time schedules and working efficiently in an environment where day to day business must continue. We pride ourselves on the ability to achieve a high quality finish, on time and with minimal disruption for the client.

Large Scale Work

Some of our larger commercial projects have included the construction of industrial units and garages at the Westcountry Fruit Sales Ltd. depot. Ongoing work has involved extensive alterations to the interiors of the existing units and the installation of commercial washroom facilities.

Small Scale Work

Smaller projects, such as the construction of a new surgery room at Meneage Street Surgery in Helston, require a very specific finish. Medical standard ventilation systems, ultra-hygienic wall coatings and push button disabled access were all included.

Site safety is an area which we take very seriously at Marnick Builders. All of our team are qualified to work on industrial and commercial projects, with up to date Site Managers Safety Training Schemes certificates and CSCS cards.
