Specialist heritage work is an area that we are well equipped to cater for. Our craftsmen have extensive knowledge and experience in restoring grade I, II and II* listed buildings to their original standard. This includes a wide range of English Heritage properties such as Pendennis Castle in Falmouth and St Mawes Castle.

At Marnick Builders we have the advantage of working closely with our in-house joiner shop, Marnick Joinery. This means we are able to repair and restore a wide range of bespoke and traditional woodwork, from sliding sash, box frame and casement windows to decorative mouldings and finishes.

We have also completed heritage work using traditional stone walling techniques and lime renders to re-point and plaster listed properties. If necessary we are able to suggest specialist sub-contractors to assist in restoration work or consult with existing contractors.
