Since the company started in 1991 a majority of our projects have been in the residential sector. We take on all types of work from small extensions and refits to ultra-modern clifftop homes and everything in between. We have a highly qualified professional team and pride ourselves on providing a client focused service, delivering an exceptional finish every time.

If asked, we are happy to draw on our experience to guide and advise clients through the entire process, from initial design and planning right through to handing over the keys, in the past we have helped move belongings in and even made the beds.

Our approach means we have worked increasingly with clients on challenging projects that involve remote locations, reduced access or cutting edge materials and design. This is due to our ability to maintain excellent working relationships with all parties involved, completing on time and in budget whatever the scale of the build.

Materials

We work extensively with a wide variety of materials. This includes traditional blockwork and stone from local Cornish quarries, oak framed timber builds, cedar cladding and other natural products, also modern materials such as stainless steel, interior and exterior glasswork, composite decking and zinc roofs.

Working with innovative products and materials on a daily basis means we are always expanding our knowledge, ensuring we can meet the needs of any project, no matter how complex.

Sub-Contractors

We have a very select group of sub-contractors which we have worked with on a regular basis for many years. We are able to draw on their experience for projects which require specialist applications such as damp proof tanking, large scale drilling or the installation of renewable energy systems.

These relationships also enable us to provide in house quotes for structural surveys, building control and guarantees.

As accredited members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) and National House Building Scheme (NHBC) we can provide a full NHBC guarantee on our work.
