We understand that starting a project for many clients can be a daunting and potentially stressful experience, especially for first time builders.
With this is mind we decided to put together a 5 point promise, to provide clients with the reassurance that we will always work with their best interests at the forefront.
We provide free estimates for all our work and we don’t over-promise. We won’t say we can do something when we can’t.
At whatever stage we join a project, whether it is from the start or as a contractor we can use our experience to offer advice on the plans and drawings. We want to ensure the build is as good as it can be from the outset.
Communication is key. During the build we will listen to you and maintain a good working relationship. It is your home not ours and turning it into a reality is important to us.
Our aim for every project is to complete it on time and in the required budget. Provided their are no unforeseen delays or changes.
We don’t like the term “fit and forget”. If there are any problems after the project has been completed we will always help in any we can.
