Marnick Builders have recently completed extension work to Falmouth’s busy in town café and restaurant Harbour View. With no on-site parking and a mid town location where it was always busy, the project was not the most straight forward.

The work was undertaken and completed in the quieter, off peak months of January, February and March to work around the café trading hours.

The finished extension adds much more internal space and light. With the addition of four sets of aluminium bi-fold doors the Café can still keep its popular outside seating feel to be enjoyed whatever the weather, with views to the street and also undisturbed views of Falmouth docks and the harbour.
