Working with clients on their first new build Marnick Builders were able to draw on their extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that this state of the art home came to fruition.

With little input from the architect and minimal drawings the team were able to provide advice on various areas of the new build once the dated existing property had been knocked down.

On recommendation a ground source heat pump system was installed, resulting in energy efficient underfloor heating throughout the home. At several points the experience of the team was invaluable to making adjustments during the build, including the construction of the inglenook fireplace, which is one of several focal points in the large open plan, living, kitchen, dining area.

Upstairs the property uses the roof space to great effect with wet rooms, balconies and features in each room which provide real character. These elements work together to create a modern yet homely feel which is indicative of the high end finish which Marnick Builders produce.
