Marnick Builders undertook full refurbishment work on this end of terrace cliffside property in Malpas. With the knowledge that the project was in a sensitive area and required an efficient approach due to the nature of the site itself, the large scale excavation was successfully completed following constant assessment of ground conditions by the site manager, consultation with the structural engineer and a close working relationship with the client.

The project itself was finished to the same high standard Marnick Builders brings to all projects, including adding sea facing bi-fold doors made and finished by Marnick Joinery, and the installation of large format tilling completed by specialist tilling partners Premier Tiling, based in Falmouth.
