Working alongside local architects and designers, our brief was to create a 15 bedroom purpose built student accommodation unit, compromising of six bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, seven bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor.

Demolishing the existing one and a half storey unit, and replacing with a two-storey building,  . Creating functional yet beautiful rooms were at the forefront of the design & build process with each room featuring; key pad entry, cork-pad walling, bespoke exposed OSB shelving & wardrobe systems to maximize storage and ten with spacious en-suites.
