We undertake projects both large and small, from repairs and renovations to refurbishments, extensions and new builds. We take great care in our work and from our early projects our reputation for quality, dedication and professionalism has spread.

History

Established in March 1991, we started with small jobs, repairs and maintenance for the general public and for the Carrick District Housing Department. In 1993 we secured our first extension project and due to the success we expanded and began employing staff.

Our big turning point was in 2000 when we were contracted to rebuild Pennance House at Swanpool, Falmouth. We then went on to do extensive refurbishment at Rosilian in Flushing. Some years later, when this property was sold on, the new owners engaged us to do even more extensive alterations.

To this day the values that Marnick Builders started with are still at the forefront of the company. Using over 80 years of combined experience in the industry we maintain excellent working relationships with all clients, use quality materials and complete projects on time and in budget whatever the scale of the build.
